yes true.... but maybe only the supervisors and FOM (front office managers) should get this power level.

Currently FOMs don't exist, however we could create this user profile quite easily. Adding the special permissions would be a bit tougher but it still can be done. Let me know if this is something I should move forward with or if it should be put on the "scheduled updates".
