Why do we have a spot for GUEST NAME in CALLS but not RED BOOK? Also, it might be more visually appealing if in CALLS when we elect to skip the guest name, it showed up as blank on the list instead of saying "Guest Name"

Think redbook as journal, a search able journal... you would put the name, res#, rm#, guest name.. etc... in the body of the journal, there is not need to confine you guys to specific inputs.

I've asked this question about CALLS as of lately. It seems nobody is really using this field at this point in time. Is this considered useful?

REDBOOK - this is a journal, please place all necessary information into the body of the entry, since all entries will be searchable, limiting you on fields to enter into you in unnecessary.
